Initially you will be assigned a non-exclusive sales right for a specific business territory for all our patented and copyrighted solutions and software related to the videoconferencing solution.
No joint venture, asset or employment will be formed under normal business circumstances.

You will be eligible for getting demo software of the entire product list. A demo server system along with client software will be provided with minimal upfront cost for the demonstration to your valued customer.

 
 

1. Once we formally agreed to move forward with a business partnership, we will need to conclude a Partnership Agreement document, signed by both party. This document will focus on every possible point about this partnership, specially business goal, profit sharing, business and technical management issues etc.

2. Once we conclude such agreement, now it is time to work around with both the marketing and technical issues: a. Marketing: Basically, you will be deciding about the market strategy, price list for your local market based on the list- price provided by Neotechsoft, etc. We will try our best to support you to meet your marketing needs. b. Technical: You may need to customize the base eMEETplus product (GUI, Functions etc) to meet your specific market needs.
After getting your requirement, we will modify the software accordingly and will setup a demo server at your end so that you can have demo/presentation for your valued customer. You need to obtain such demo system with a minimal cost.
We can also install a total server solution, if you wish to have your own ASP platform. The costing for such setup is negotiable.

3. Depending on the needs, training or other support efforts will be provided to your technical personnel so that you can support your valued customer more effectively.

4. We may exchange business ideas/prospects among us to enrich our possibilities to get an upper hand on the market.
